What is a Forensic Audit?
A Forensic Audit is an in depth investigation into the homeowner's mortgage loan documents. The purpose of a forensic audit is to determine if the homeowner was victimized by unfair, deceptive and predatory lending practices. The audit looks for violations of all relevant consumer protection statutes.
